We’re excited to welcome your little ones to our Stay and Play sessions! To help us provide the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations

    •    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.

    •    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and last-minute cancellations are hard to fill.

Illness & Emergencies

    •    If your child is unwell or there’s an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion (subject to availability).

No Shows

    •    If you do not attend your booked session and have not contacted us in advance, unfortunately, no refund or credit can be given.

How to Cancel

    •    Please make sure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
